Trustee Director Course (TDC1)

14 September – 15 December 2026 | 8 modules | Blended in‑person & online delivery

In an era of intensified regulatory oversight and rising stakeholder expectations, trustee directors of superannuation funds are under greater scrutiny than ever. Add rapid industry change, heightened competition and ongoing technology disruption, and the need for confident, well‑informed governance has never been more critical.

Our TDC1 program is purpose‑built for aspiring trustee directors, directors with fewer than three years’ experience in the super fund boardroom, and senior fund executives new to the superannuation sector. The course delivers a strong, practical foundation in super‑specific trustee duties and obligations, fund operations, governance and strategy, with in‑depth exploration of risk, investment and financial governance. It culminates in a realistic mock board meeting, with networking and peer learning embedded throughout the program.
